Sleeve references are time-specific: UEFA’s May 2018 account describes a left-sleeve badge of honour; its 2026/27 rules use multiple-winner editions of the right-sleeve competition or titleholder badge. These are separate references, not a claim about every intervening season.↗↗

UEFA’s 21 May 2018 article places the European Cup-image badge on the left sleeve. It identifies eligibility as five titles or three consecutive wins, and records Barcelona receiving it in 2015.
For 2026/27, the competition badge is required on the right sleeve from the play-offs. The reigning titleholder uses its titleholder badge instead. Neither may be used in another competition.
The 2026/27 rules provide multiple-winner editions for three consecutive titles or at least five titles. An applicable UEFA campaign badge is also required on the right sleeve from the play-offs; this reference does not specify its artwork.
Under equipment rules effective 1 June 2026, UEFA club-competition right-sleeve free zones are reserved for UEFA badges and left-sleeve zones for permitted sponsor or charity marks. Domestic sponsor use is relevant to Article 28 eligibility, not proof that every marking stays identical.
Use the published FC Barcelona 2010/11 Home reference for that shirt’s verified identity. This page does not establish its domestic-vs-UCL patch, nameset or sponsor configuration, and does not apply 2026 rules retrospectively.
Article 11, effective June 2026, places displayed player names above the back number, in a single colour using the Latin alphabet. The name must match the player list. No club-specific font or transfer-material specification is verified here.
Article 10, effective June 2026, requires a centred back number using whole numbers no higher than 99; number 1 is reserved for a goalkeeper. This does not identify the printing system of a historical seller-listed shirt.
Article 28, effective June 2026, permits up to two playing-attire sponsors: chest and left sleeve, subject to approval and advertising restrictions. A front sponsor must also be used in at least one official domestic competition. Check the applicable edition and actual club configuration.

UEFA’s historical badge account records Barcelona receiving the badge of honour in 2015. Continue to the published Club reference; do not attach that later eligibility to a 2010/11 shirt.
UEFA’s 28 May 2011 final report records Messi scoring for Barcelona. Follow the published Player reference for this period; this relationship does not verify a nameset specification.
Check the exact season, club, competition stage and claimed match. Compare both sleeves, badge type, sponsor marks, name and number with dated evidence for that configuration. Request photographs of the actual item and product labels; a seller’s “UCL version” label is not verification.
Historical reference, not authentication of an individual item. Read the sources and ask the seller for item-specific evidence.
